The Foral Council of Álava has today approved a tender of 284,501.84 euros for the execution of the penultimate section of the Nervión Linear Park, which will include a 250-meter cycle path connecting the Tubacex company bridge with the Saratxo bypass.

As reported by the Foral Council of Álava, a tender amounting to 284,501.84 euros (VAT included) has been approved for the construction of the penultimate segment of the Nervión Linear Park. This project involves creating a 250-meter route that will link the bridge of the Tubacex company with the Saratxo bypass, thereby enhancing the infrastructure for pedestrians and cyclists.
The final section remaining to complete this route in the Álava territory will be the one connecting the Los Mesones de Saratxo area with Orduña. The Nervión Linear Park is a crucial infrastructure in the region, and the Foral Council has emphasized that 111,000 citizens used it last year. In recent years, several additional sections have been inaugurated in Delika and Saratxo itself, expanding this network.
