The Amurrio Town Hall has started the renewal and update process for the VI-10068 "Amurrio" hunting ground, covering lands in Aloria, Amurrio, Larrinbe, Lekamaña, and part of Lezama.

The Amurrio Town Hall has initiated the process to renew and update the VI-10068 "Amurrio" hunting ground, as part of the preliminary steps before the current hunting management contract expires. This area encompasses lands from the localities of Aloria, Amurrio, Larrinbe, Lekamaña, and a portion of Lezama.
The existence of this hunting ground allows for an organized framework to regulate hunting activities, define safety and reserve zones, and manage incidents related to agricultural damage and road safety.
Following the initial definition of the area that will form the future scope of the hunting ground, the Town Hall is now opening an information period for landowners whose properties are located in the affected areas. During this process, they can learn about the characteristics and conditions of including their land within the hunting ground, as per the future Technical Plan for Hunting Management.
Interested parties can consult the documentation and receive information about this process until June 30 at the Agriculture, Livestock, and Forests Department of the Amurrio Town Hall, by making a prior appointment.
