The General Deputy is optimistic about the prospects of reaching a broad agreement to revitalize Aiaraldea's industry, following the table's latest meeting.

The General Deputy, Ramiro Gonzalez, has expressed "hope" regarding the table for the industrial promotion of Aiaraldea. He believes there are "sufficient ingredients" to achieve a "broad agreement" among the participating stakeholders, aiming to "boost the revitalization of Aiaraldea's industry".
The deputy made these statements this morning in Gasteiz during a press conference, when questioned by a journalist. While the meeting took place at the industrial estate of Refor, Gonzalez could not yet reveal the specific conclusions drawn in Amurrio but remained optimistic.
Today marked the last ordinary meeting of this framework promoted by the Provincial Council, but another meeting is scheduled for July to further delve into the conclusions presented. In total, the table has convened seven times since November of last year, meeting once monthly.
Gonzalez highlighted that the participants in the table have acted with "loyalty, honesty, and dedication" to share their "perspectives on the region's situation and the necessary measures".
Meanwhile, SOS Aiaraldea held a press conference at the Refor industrial estate itself, one hour before the table's meeting. Workers from Maderas de Llodio and Tubos Reunidos spoke, expressing criticism regarding the response from public institutions to Aiaraldea's socioeconomic situation.
