El Arenal in Bilbao will host the second edition of the Txin Txin Fest on May 16 and 17, bringing together more than twenty txakoli wineries.

The event aims to showcase the diversity of the wine sector in Bizkaia. Throughout the weekend, this central location will transform into a large open-air winery where the public can discover over 60 rotating wine references.
The gastronomic offering will be managed by Ioku Events at the Txakoli Areatza space, featuring traditional dishes such as beans, cod, and cheesecake, alongside a selection of pintxos made with local products.

"We want to strengthen the positioning of txakoli as an expression of territory, culture, and way of life, and highlight the work of the winegrowers and wineries that sustain this sector."

The festival will feature live music, parades, and children's workshops. Additionally, thematic tastings guided by professionals have been scheduled to delve into the Atlantic character, soil influence, and aging potential of these wines.
