Rainfall recorded this Thursday in Bizkaia has resulted in uneven accumulation levels, with a notable impact on several inland areas of the territory, according to the Euskalmet weather agency.

The highest rainfall was recorded in Garai, reaching 5.3 liters per square meter. This is followed by Oleta with 4.7 liters and Berriatua with 3.9 liters. Significant figures were also noted in Elorrio, with 3.8 liters, and Mallabia, with 2 liters per square meter.
In other parts of Bizkaia, rainfall was more moderate. Oiz recorded 1.7 liters, Iruzubieta 1.3, Iurreta 0.9, and Arteaga 0.8. The lowest values were found in Cerroja, with only 0.2 liters per square meter.
These figures highlight the irregular nature of the rainfall, which was more intense in some inland areas while remaining scarce or non-existent in other locations.
