The Irun City Council has opened the application period for stalls at the Santo Tomás 2026 fair, focused on the exhibition and sale of agri-food products.

The Culture Department of the Irun City Council announces that the application period is now open for installing, exhibiting, and selling agri-food products at the Santo Tomás fair on December 21. Applications are also being accepted for the Fruit, Vegetable, and Produce; Animal; and Honey Contests. The deadline is October 30.
This call is open to all individuals or entities in Irun who meet the specified requirements. A maximum of 22 stalls will be set up, operating from 09:30 to 20:00. The selection of stalls will consider the criteria and content scoring outlined in the regulations.
The fair will feature three sections: horticultural products, flowers, and plants; processed products; and farm animals.
Furthermore, those interested in participating in the Fruit, Vegetable, and Produce, Animal, and Honey Contests must specifically request it on the registration form.
Applications, accompanied by the relevant data and supplementary documentation, must be submitted through the Electronic Office of the Irun City Council, using the standardized procedure "Santo Tomás - Fair: product sales and contest," or through any other means established by the legislation on Common Administrative Procedure for Public Administrations.
If the number of applications is less than the number of available stalls, they will be allocated directly. In cases where there are more applications than available stalls, the allocation will be decided by a public draw to be held on November 13, at 13:00, in the meeting room of the Culture and Sports area.
