Nighttime traffic closures on GI-20 and AP-8 roads

Lighting maintenance works will require the closure of several junctions on the night of July 9th to 10th.

Bidegi has announced that junctions 11 and 12 on the GI-20 and AP-8 roads will be closed on the night of July 9th to 10th, from 22:30 to 03:00, for lighting maintenance works.

The work will be carried out in two phases. First, junction 11 of the AP-8 towards Bilbao will be closed until midnight. Drivers are advised to use the Irun Bentak exit and turn around at the Jaizubia roundabout to take the GI-363 road towards Oiartzun or Errenteria.
From midnight onwards, operations will shift to junction 12 of the GI-20 at Ondarreta, affecting both the entrance and the exit to the Zuatzu industrial area. Alternative routes via the Amara junction or through Añorga towards Usurbil are recommended.
The managing authority has noted that the schedule is approximate and urges drivers to exercise caution, strictly following all road signs and instructions from the work crews.
