The event remains a key meeting point in Euskadi for those interested in ethical consumption and conscious living. The two-day program will feature plant-based gastronomy, music, and various activities open to the general public.
A highlight of the program is the sustainable transformation space, supported by the Department of Sustainability of the Gipuzkoa Provincial Council and the GK Green Fashion cluster. Koopera will lead workshops on textile waste, providing practical tools to promote responsible fashion and garment recycling.
The festival will also explore the link between plant-based diets and athletic performance, alongside hands-on workshops such as botanical printing, where participants can learn to transfer natural pigments onto organic fabrics.
