During the institutional meeting, municipal representatives from Vitoria-Gasteiz and the city of Adzopé discussed ways to enhance collaboration in key sectors such as culture, education, and social development.
The cultural association Akwaba Vitoria-Gasteiz also participated in the event. The organization highlighted its ongoing exchange project with the Ivorian city of Bingerville, an initiative designed to foster mutual understanding and cooperation between both communities.
