The Europa Palace in Vitoria-Gasteiz is set to open its 96 parking spaces to the general public, ending their exclusive use for congress and event attendees.

This initiative follows a request made to the City Council, which led to a technical study conducted by Tuvisa. The report confirms that the facility meets all current legal and safety standards required for public parking.
Recent upgrades to the facility include modernized evacuation systems, fire protection installations, and full compliance with accessibility regulations. Among the 96 available spots, 7 are designated for energy-efficient vehicles.
Access will be managed via the PVerde mobile application. Final administrative procedures are currently underway to authorize the service. The pricing structure includes an initial rate of 0.59 euros for the first minute, with a daily cap of 14 euros.
