The Culture Department of the Zarautz City Council has launched the 2026 grant call, with a budget of 12,185 euros, to promote cultural activities, programs, and creative projects.

These grants are divided into two areas: cultural activities and programs on one hand, and cultural creation projects such as audiovisual works, visual arts, music, or dance on the other.
Non-profit cultural or social associations based in Zarautz, legally constituted and registered accordingly, possessing the relevant NIF, and primarily operating within the municipality of Zarautz, are eligible to apply for these subsidies.
Subsidies for cultural creation projects can be applied for by individuals or legal entities aged at least 31. If applying as a group, three-quarters of its members must meet this condition. To encourage new projects, the same projects or activities that received funding the previous year cannot be subsidized; only new projects or the further development of existing ones are eligible.
Applications must be submitted through the City Council's online services, with the deadline for proposal submission being June 12th. Detailed information on these grants can be found on the municipal website, and for any queries, interested parties should contact the Culture Department (943.005120 / kultura@zarautz.eus).
