The Getaria Fishermen's Guild (Kofradia Itsas Etxea) has introduced a special offer aimed at promoting the consumption of local fishing products. Now, customers have the opportunity to purchase fresh bonito directly, with quality guarantees.
The bonito offered in this sale carries the Eusko Label and MSC Sustainable Fishing seals, ensuring product quality and responsible fishing methods. Customers can buy the whole fish, which the Guild will prepare and clean according to their needs.
Customers will have the whole fish, or prepared as ventresca or medallions, ready by the day after placing their order. This ensures freshness and quality.
To place orders, a 24-hour advance notice is required. Customers have several options to formalize their request: by phone (943 84 38 91), via WhatsApp (634 934 374), or by email (pedidos@kofradia.eus).
To collect their order, customers will need to travel to Getaria, to the premises at portal 9-10 in the Txoritonpe building (the former lonja of Conservas Oliveri).
