These journeys are scheduled for Thursday, May 1st at 12:00 PM; Saturday, May 3rd at 12:00 PM and 5:30 PM; and Sunday, May 4th at 12:00 PM. It's a unique opportunity to experience railway history.
The museum will also be open to visitors on these three days. On May 1st and 4th, opening hours will be from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM. On May 3rd, the museum will be open from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
Visitors can explore one of Europe's finest railway collections, featuring various types of vehicles including steam, diesel, and electric locomotives, railcars, and different wagons. Additionally, the museum houses one of the most comprehensive machine tool collections in Euskadi, located in the old mechanical workshop of the Urola railway.
The museum also displays samples of uniforms worn by railway workers since the late 19th century and one of the best collections of railway clocks worldwide, enriching the historical railway heritage.
