The planned renovation works at Iturzaeta Public School in Getaria are nearing completion. The works began last July and had an execution period of eight weeks, with a budget of 157,964.29 euros, including VAT.
The project, drafted by technical architect Juan Antonio Aranburu Aizpuru, included various improvements to the building. These included work on the facade, improvements to the balconies, adaptation of downpipes, renovation of several doors, repairs to the staircase, and the installation of velux windows.
Once the summer holidays conclude, the 2026-27 academic year will commence at the Iturzaeta School in September, and everything is expected to be ready by then.
With the works progressing, the planned interventions will be carried out within the announced eight weeks, aiming to complete all the actions specified in the project.
