This initiative will take place entirely at Klimb Zarautz over three sessions: on May 15, June 5, and June 12, always from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The program will combine practical sessions, technical content, reflection spaces, and shared experiences with prominent female climbers.
“"It responds to a very clear idea: to open more doors for women to approach sports in conditions of confidence, safety, and support."
The program will kick off on May 15 with an introductory session, a discussion with a climber and other athletes, and a practical part of climbing initiation. This first meeting will address personal experiences, female role models, and the role of women in this sport.
The second session, scheduled for June 5, will focus on technical learning, with content aimed at progressing autonomously and safely, training properly, and preventing injuries. The program will conclude on June 12 with a session dedicated to climbing as a collective sport and a tool for personal growth. As a closing event, a small final exhibition will be held with the participation of four climbers, simulating a competition format.
The program will have adapted prices, costing 20 euros for all three sessions, 15 euros for two sessions, and 10 euros for a single session. Registrations must be made through the Klimb Zarautz website.
