The Parroquial Choir and the Iraurgi Choir performed Ignacio Busca Sagastizabal's Salve and Aita Nemesio Otaño's Ave María, with seven and five voices respectively, conducted by Carlos Muñoz. Jose Luis Frantzesena played the organ.
Beyond the music, a profound silence prevailed in the church, and attendees thoroughly enjoyed the event. The Salve is considered a solemn, moving, and well-attended appointment for many on the eve of Andra Mari.
Municipal representatives also participated. As is customary, Juan Bautista Mendizabal led the procession carrying the flag of Azkoitia, while Mayor Ana Azkoitia held the mayoral staff during the procession from the town hall to the parish church, accompanied by the Txalkor Txistulari Taldea.
