Azpeitia will host a participation session as part of the 'Urola Erdia ispiluaren aurrean' campaign next Wednesday, May 6, starting at 6:30 PM, in the first-floor hall of Azoka Plaza.

In this session, citizens will have the opportunity to analyze the situation of the region and its towns, gain knowledge, develop proposals, and agree on priorities. This initiative is part of a campaign promoted by the municipalities of Urola Erdia, the development agency Iraurgi Berritzen, and Laiene.
The participation session will begin with a lecture by Elisa Sainz de Murieta, a doctor in Geology, who will present data specific to Azpeitia and the region. Afterwards, a participatory dynamic will be held among the attendees to answer the question “What are the priorities?”.
The previous week, on April 28, a meeting of the campaign's discussion cycle took place at Basazabal Palace. Under the title “What energy model does Azpeitia want?”, a professor from Mondragon University, a member of Goiener, and a member of the Stop Fosilak group participated, moderated by a journalist.
