The Izarraitz fronton in Azpeitia will host a round of the XVI Gipuzkoa Adapted Basque Pelota Championship this Saturday morning, featuring doubles tennis paddle matches for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Pelota enthusiasts have an appointment this Saturday morning, from 10:00 to 14:00, at the Izarraitz fronton. A round of the XVI Gipuzkoa Adapted Basque Pelota Championship will be held there, in the doubles tennis paddle modality for people with intellectual disabilities.
In total, nine official matches and two friendly games will be played on Azpeitia's long fronton court. Among the participants is Unax Gurrutxaga from Azpeitia, representing the Zumaia PE team.
Throughout the day, various teams and players will compete, including representatives from Mindara, Zarautz KE, GKEF-Antzuola, GKEF-Ataun, and Zumaia PE. All matches will take place in the morning, emphasizing the significance of adapted sports.
