The Basazabal Palace in Azpeitia was the venue yesterday, October 14, for the closing event of the ETE Digitala 2025-2026 program organized by Iraurgi Berritzen. Five industrial companies have participated in this regional digital transformation process.
Arrieta, BESA, Grandes Mecanizados del Norte, Ibiltek, and Odrinox have been the companies from the region involved in the process. The program's objective was to help companies identify their digital needs, prioritize challenges, and define specific projects tailored to their reality.
Each company started from its own situation and developed a roadmap outlining priority activities and next steps. This work has enabled the identification of three main areas: data governance, technological evolution, and cybersecurity.
In the final session, companies shared their identified problems or improvement needs, the opportunities worked on, the progress made, and the next steps, exchanging experiences and learnings.
The program received funding from the Gipuzkoa Provincial Council and was promoted and coordinated by Iraurgi Berritzen with the support of Digitalentu and Kuik.
Loreto Susperregi, Head of the Innovation Service, explained the strategic lines of public support in digital and technological transformation and highlighted the value of such processes in fostering business growth and innovation.
The companies have begun implementing the defined projects, and Iraurgi Berritzen will continue to provide support throughout this process, facilitating connections with specialized agents and offering available support programs and tools.
Digital transformation will remain one of Iraurgi Berritzen's work focuses to enhance the competitiveness of companies in Urola Erdia.
Iraurgi Berritzen wishes to thank the five participating companies for their involvement, commitment, and trust throughout the entire process.
