The PNV municipal group in Lemoiz has publicly stated that the local government is not taking advantage of "improvement opportunities" for the municipality linked to the Red Eléctrica project.

The jeltzale party argues that, although the Lemoiz City Council lacks decision-making power over this state-level infrastructure, it does have the ability to "promote compensatory actions." However, they claim that the local government has kept the issue "in the background for years" and has acted as a "prior filter," limiting the proposals submitted.

If Red Eléctrica is going to evaluate which actions it undertakes, it makes no sense for the City Council itself to reduce the range of proposals beforehand.

Among the five initiatives proposed by the PNV are the creation of a car park in Armintza, the rehabilitation of the fronton and the Torreburu area in Urizar, improvements to asphalt and sidewalks, and the remodeling of the road in Berreaga (Andraka). Nevertheless, they denounce that some of these projects "have been previously discarded," thereby reducing funding options.
Finally, they question the prioritization of "exclusively energetic" proposals, believing that other avenues exist for such actions and that "projects with greater economic and social impact" should have been chosen.
