Four free training sessions aimed at tourism sector agents and workers will take place between October and November. All sessions will be held at the Lehiberri Center in Tolosa, on Wednesdays, starting at 4:00 PM.
This training program is part of the Talentur initiative of the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa. The objective is to strengthen the skills of tourism sector professionals and provide them with tools to adapt to digital and social transformation.
The cycle will cover four main areas: a basic Basque language course for tourism customer service, business positioning based on artificial intelligence, task automation with AI assistance, and the design of inclusive services and experiences.

The first course, 'Basic Basque for Tourism Customer Service', will be held on October 7, 14, 21, 28, and November 4, lasting 10 hours. It will be taught by Cebank and will cover the key aspects of providing customer service in Basque.
Next, on November 11, the session 'AI Positioning (AEO): The New SEO in the Age of Artificial Intelligence' will take place, taught by Digixop (in Spanish). It will focus on learning how to position businesses in new search systems based on AI.
On November 18, also led by Digixop, 'Task Automation with AI Assistance' will be covered. It will demonstrate how to automate and optimize daily tasks and processes using Artificial Intelligence.
Finally, on November 25, Bask For All (in Spanish) will offer the workshop 'Design of Inclusive Services and Experiences'. Strategies for designing accessible and inclusive tourism services for all people will be analyzed.
