Cyclists participating in the event ascended 8 peaks and had the choice of two routes: one covering 133 kilometers and another spanning 90 kilometers. The tour's objective was to enjoy the scenery and roads in the Tolosa area.
The organizers, the Oriako Cycling School of Tolosa, have given a generally positive assessment, as the event proceeded with good weather and without any incidents. However, they noted that the number of participants was lower than anticipated.
“"Often, we don't know why, but at the Gipuzkoa level, we see that in some events people sign up very easily, and in others, it's harder. This year, not many people signed up, and surely yesterday's football final influenced that, but we are very happy with the cyclists who did sign up, and everything went very well."
The tour concluded at the Usabal sports center, where participants had access to a refreshment station to regain their energy.
