The new facility provides wastewater disposal and fresh water supply, as well as four 24-hour electricity charging points. Using these services costs 5 euros for water and 6 euros for electricity. Additionally, four parking spaces specifically adapted for motorhomes have been marked out.
The project was funded by the European Union through Next GenerationEU funds, as part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. The construction work was carried out by a company from Baliarrain to ensure high-quality tourism services.
The council is currently processing an ordinance to regulate overnight parking, setting a 5-euro fee for vehicles staying between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. The regulation is expected to be approved in September, allowing users to set up tables, chairs, and awnings in the designated area.
