The Bizkaibus service will launch a new line, the A3538, allowing residents from the Lea-Artibai and Busturialdea regions to travel to Usansolo Hospital starting September 21st.

The service will operate on weekdays (Monday to Friday), with four buses departing and four returning each day. Additionally, there will be an extra departure between Gernika and the hospital in both directions.
Departures from Lekeitio will be at 7:15, 10:15, 15:15, and 18:18. From the hospital, departures will be at 8:35, 13:35, 16:35, and 19:35. The additional departure from Gernika will be at 13:00, and from the hospital at 11:35.
The bus will travel via the BI-2238 road in Ispaster, bypassing the town center, and will make stops in the towns of Gautegiz Arteaga, Kortezubi, and Gernika. It will cross Muxika, where it will also have several stops, to reach Usansolo Hospital directly via the motorway in Boroa (Zornotza).
The additional departure from Gernika will use Geltokia as its starting and ending point, with stops at Saraspe plaza and Lurgorri. Between Muxika and the hospital, it will follow the same route as the regular service.
