Sopela's Quadrille Day will commemorate its fifteenth anniversary on May 15th and 16th, filling the town's streets and fronton with various activities, including a championship, a round table, and concerts.

The celebrations will kick off on Friday, May 15th, with a 'zelai erre' championship in the green area. Afterwards, the proclamation and 'chupinazo' will take place at the fronton, and to conclude the day, an open mic/plate competition will be held throughout the town's streets.
On Saturday, May 16th, a round table discussion on housing issues will be organized before the popular meal. After lunch, attendees can enjoy a traditional pala match at the fronton, featuring four players. Following this, a pelota match against repression will be played, with Goñi II and Elizegi facing Titin III and Alduntzin. Tickets for the matches will be available at Etxekhi Berria, the Fronton, and via phone.

To conclude Quadrille Day as it deserves, there will be three concerts: Lukiek, Potato, and the Bidean romeria.

The detailed program for that day includes: at 13:00 the round table on housing, at 14:30 the popular meal with paella in the town hall square, at 16:00 the pala match at the fronton, at 17:45 the pelota match against repression, and in the evening, concerts by Lukiek at 20:00, Potato at 21:30, and the Bidean romeria at 23:30.
