Iñaki ‘Uoho’ Antón's new project, Rebrote, will release the 'Injertos' EP featuring two new songs and has announced a 20-concert tour, with the first date in Portugalete.

Rebrote, the new project by Iñaki ‘Uoho’ Antón, formerly of Extremoduro and Platero y Tú, has just announced the release of a new EP titled Injertos, which will feature two unreleased songs, including the already published La sombra de la luna.
The band, fronted by vocalist Jaime Moreno from Cadiz, has confirmed around twenty concerts for the remainder of 2026. The first of these will take place in Portugalete in early July, offered for free as part of the Repélega neighborhood festival.
This upcoming concert marks the next opportunity to experience the rock of Rebrote, Uoho's new venture. Uoho is a veteran of Spanish rock over the last four decades, who has once again found success with the presentation recitals of Rebrote's self-titled debut album, which ranked among the best-sellers on national charts.
The first new track, La sombra de la luna, is now available on all digital platforms. The song delves into the band's more introspective territories. "It's a song where the North and South unite in the realm of raw rock: rock to listen to at full volume with your eyes closed. The ideal love between guitars and poetry," the band explains about the track.
The other unreleased song, Aquí te espero, has been available since Monday, June 29th. Both compositions converse with each other, condensing the project's sonic and emotional universe in this new chapter, according to the band led by the guitarist and composer from Biscay.
Furthermore, Rebrote has announced a total of 20 concerts across the country following the success of the first leg of their tour, which saw them sell out numerous cities and add extra dates in many, including Bilbao. The initial date for this new segment of live performances will kick off in Portugalete on July 4th and will include stops at various festivals and towns such as Santander, Iruñea, and Castellón. The group has also teased "surprises" for 2027.
