Leioa gained a vital advantage in Fanderia against Touring in the first leg of their promotion playoff tie, thanks to a decisive goal from Rementeria.

Leioa secured a narrow away victory against Touring at Fanderia in the first leg of their promotion playoff to Segunda Federación. The match was hard-fought, with the home side pushing hard, but Leioa's late strike proved decisive.
The home team started stronger, with early chances from Anartz and a shot hitting the crossbar by Oihan. Touring pressed forward, but Leioa's goalkeeper Ibon Barandiaran made crucial saves, and defender Ander Blanco also made a goal-line clearance to keep the score level.

Rementeria found the ball in the area and with a precise shot, lodged the ball into the top corner from a tight angle.

In the second half, despite Touring's continued pressure and a penalty appeal, Leioa found the breakthrough. Rementeria scored in the 81st minute, finding the net from a difficult angle, giving his team a significant advantage for the return leg.
