The Leioa City Council will allocate 130,000 euros to its Urban Planning subsidy call for the 2025 and 2026 fiscal years, aimed at financing improvement works on existing housing buildings and their linked urbanization areas.
The grants cover five lines of action: 16,000 euros for improvement and adaptation of public and private free spaces; 40,400 euros for thermal envelope improvements in collective housing buildings; 44,000 euros for accessibility improvements; 3,000 euros for facade, roof, and/or structure improvements in protected buildings; and 1,600 euros for waste removal, emptying, cleaning, and transport.
The subsidized works cannot have received other municipal aid for the same concept and must meet the regulatory bases. Projects licensed between October 1, 2025, and October 15, 2026, or completed within that period, are eligible for the call.
Applications will be accepted until October 15, 2026, and must be submitted exclusively through the specific procedure enabled on the Leioa City Council's electronic portal.
