The UDA program, organized by the Leioa City Council, brought together nearly 800 children in July for adapted sports and leisure activities.

Approximately 800 children, born between 2013 and 2023 and registered residents of Leioa, participated during the month of July in a new edition of UDA, the summer sports activities program organized by the Leioa City Council.
The program, tailored for different age groups, offered leisure and sports activities in collaboration with local sports clubs. Participants had the opportunity to try their skills in sports such as handball, fencing, climbing, football, skating, Basque pelota, calisthenics, boxing, chess, basketball, and judo. Additionally, they enjoyed water games, swimming pool, beach activities, excursions, horse riding, adventure activities, craft workshops, and inclusive workshops.
This initiative consolidates UDA as a key educational and sports leisure offering in the municipality, while also facilitating family reconciliation. The activities have promoted sports, healthy lifestyle habits, and values such as coexistence, companionship, respect, inclusion, and the use of Euskera.
