Bilbao's Gran Vía will be closed to traffic on Saturday afternoon for the "Arte sobre Ruedas Villa de Bilbao" International Festival. The disruption will extend approximately between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM, affecting the stretch between Moyua Square and Plaza Circular.

Bilbao City Council has reported that Plaza Circular will remain open to vehicles, while one lane of Moyua Square will be occupied for the parade. Vehicular traffic will be regulated using the remaining available lanes.

Additionally, traffic heading from Mazarredo towards Urquijo will be diverted at Colón de Larreategui street to facilitate the event's progression.

Regarding garage access, entry and exit for parking facilities located between Moyúa Square and Marqués del Puerto, as well as the exit from the Plaza Jado car park, will be managed via Moyúa Square.

The City Council has also warned that the Bilbobus service will be affected by these temporary traffic modifications. Users can check updated information via the official Bilbobus app and at bus stop shelters.
