Jean Olharan will miss his first match in the Bilbao Iron Cup due to a knee injury, with Eñaut Astelarra from Gernika stepping in to partner Unai Lekerika.

Jean Olharan has withdrawn from his inaugural match in the Bilbao Iron Cup, a qualifying event for the Jai Alai League circuit. A left knee injury has forced his absence, also preventing him from competing in the Cesta All Star final in Donibane Lohizune and the Getaria Challenge during Antxua Eguna.
Eraman! Jai Alai has selected young Gernika player Eñaut Astelarra as Olharan's replacement. Astelarra was the second-best forward in the preliminary rounds, only behind Emeric Libois. The Bizkaia player delivered a strong performance in the first match of the preliminary league alongside Jon Zabala.
Unai Lekerika will begin his participation in the championship this Friday at the Bilbao Sports Club, starting at 7:00 PM, serving as Astelarra's mentor. The Gernika duo will face Johan Sorozabal and Gorka Mugartegi Atain, who secured a victory in their first match against Emeric Libois and Ion Ibarluzea.
The second match will feature Eñaut Urreisti, the reigning Individual champion, making his debut alongside Thibault Basque. This pair, who defeated Aritz Erkiaga and Manci last Friday, will now compete against Alex Goitiandia and Gorka Sorozabal.
