Viviendas Bizkaia has initiated construction for 90 new homes, garages, storage rooms, and commercial spaces in Etxebarri's Aita Eusebio Arcelai square. The project also includes the urbanization of the surrounding area, which will feature a significant green space of over 1,300 m², designed for public enjoyment.
The new green area will include a wooded section of more than 1,000 m², bordered by side gardens, as well as benches and walking paths, contributing to a pleasant and accessible environment for the residents of Etxebarri.
This free residential plot has held construction rights for over 15 years and has been owned by the developer for decades. Throughout these years, thanks to an agreement between the City Council and the owner, the land has been temporarily maintained as a green zone for the benefit of Etxebarri's population.
