The Urretxu City Council has organized this year's Euskal Jaia, aiming to increase participation in the parade and offering online registration for the communal meal.

The parade for Urretxu's Euskal Jaia will feature eight floats this year. Although initially only two had registered, after extending the sign-up period, a total of eight participants have come forward, intending to give the event a new boost.
Furthermore, registration for the popular communal meal will be open on July 21st and 22nd, and this year it can be conveniently done through the municipal website www.urretxu.eus. Interested individuals will have two days to register online, from 10:00 AM on July 21st until 11:00 PM on July 22nd.
The order of registration will not grant priority. If more than 1,500 people register, a lottery will be held among all entries. Places will be assigned starting from a randomly drawn number, and those who have secured a spot will be notified via email on July 23rd.
The meal will take place at Ederrena and, if necessary, the covered space at Gainzuri will also be utilized.
