Zubiberri Team Achieves Excellent Results in Gipuzkoa Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship

The club secured gold and silver medals in the children's and junior categories, qualifying for the Euskadi Championship.

Members of the Zubiberri rhythmic gymnastics team achieved significant results last Saturday at the Gipuzkoa Championship, held in Bergara (Gipuzkoa), across the children's and junior categories.

The children's category competitions took place in the morning, followed by the junior category in the afternoon. The team secured several victories, including the Gipuzkoa Championship won by the duo of Araitz Borda and Garazi Sudupe.
In this pair, Borda claimed first place with the hoop, and Sudupe took second with the rope. These results qualified the pair to compete in the Euskadi Championship. In the junior category, the Floreaga team also won the championship.
In the children's category, the Zubiberri F and A teams competed in the five-hoop modality. The Zubiberri F team, comprising Nora Illarramendi, Jare Casas, Mara Ibarmia, Elene Santos, Leire Pardo, and Arene Azpitarte, finished in second place. The Zubiberri A team, made up of Intza Arregi, Aiuri Ezkerra, Camila Granados, Araitz Borda, Naia Aizpurua, Arette Hernandez, and Garazi Sudupe, secured third place and also earned a spot in the Euskadi Championship.
In the afternoon's junior competition, the Floreaga team won the championship in the three-ball and three-free-hands modality. This team consisted of Nora Murillo, Ane Murillo, Ane Aizpurua, Jone Martinez, Zihara Aranburu, and Irati Miguez. Meanwhile, the Xabier Munibe team placed third, formed by Malen Egino, Jule Arregi, Nura Alberdi, June Kortadi, and Aliana Pacheco.
