The Pakak collective from Orio has organized the Paka Fest festival in support of the LGTBIQ+ movement, scheduled for Saturday, May 9 at the Etxeluze gaztetxe, showcasing performances by six artists.

The afternoon will kick off at 7:15 PM with a performance by the group Elektropottotte. This band, formed in 2022 in Lasarte and Andoain, has stated its readiness to "shake up the streets and bodies." Afterwards, a communal dinner will be held, with tickets available for purchase on-site.
In the evening, five artists will take to the gaztetxe stage. Dracanis, through drag, "offers a smile to the world" to "enjoy life and show that anything is possible." Andrigina, meanwhile, explores the boundaries of clown drag, androgyny, and gender expression in their performance.
Latxa Marramatxa, described as "a brave sheep that strays from the usual paths of the flock," blends tradition and disobedience based on Basque dances. The duo Boloma, on the other hand, will offer a zumba session at the festival, aiming to get attendees dancing.
The night will conclude with DJ Eromena, who will mix funk carioca, bass, bouyon, hip hop, and dancehall rhythms, creating an atmosphere where dance and Afrofusion are central. Tickets for the performances will cost five euros and can be purchased at the gaztetxe itself.
