The new three-star hotel is part of the regeneration process of the former industrial lands of Altzate, providing new lodging options. It spans 2,500 square meters distributed over six floors and offers a total of 38 parking spaces for guests.

The establishment is located 15 minutes from the center of Donostia. The standard price for a double room with breakfast included is 115 euros per night, a rate that will remain stable throughout the summer.

Holiday Inn Express is a global chain whose target audience includes business travelers, families, and tourists on the road who travel by car and stay in a different location each night. Therefore, these establishments are typically located in metropolitan areas of provincial capitals and near industrial parks and airports.

This new opening is expected to create jobs in Oarsoaldea, as the staff selection and subsequent hiring are being carried out through the Oarsoaldea Tourism agency and Lanbide.
