The Usurbil City Council has definitively approved the Special Plan for the facility, which has been forwarded to the Basque Country Territorial Planning Commission. This progress allows the Provincial Council to continue with the development of the construction project.
The tender for the project design and construction management, with a base budget of 889,010 euros, is expected by the end of this year. This project is part of the Gipuzkoa Babestu 20_30 strategy to modernize the provincial fire service infrastructure.
Additionally, the relocation of users from the Tulle day center in Errenteria to the new Eskalantegi center in Altza, Donostia, has been confirmed. The new facility will provide specialized care for 15 adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
