The football club Anaitasuna has qualified to play in the promotion playoffs for the Spanish Third Division. The 'rojillos' played against the Euskalduna Andoaindarra team last Saturday in Andoain (Gipuzkoa), and secured the necessary point for qualification after a 1-1 draw.

The match initially saw Anaitasuna dominate, controlling possession and creating chances from both flanks. However, they lacked finishing inside the box. After the first twenty minutes, the home team, Euskalduna Andoaindarra, managed to disrupt the game and cause interruptions, though without creating clear opportunities.

The game went into halftime with a goalless draw. Shortly after returning from the break, in the 48th minute, the home team took the lead after a steal and a cross into the box. Anaitasuna responded quickly, scoring the equalizer in the 61st minute with a shot from outside the area by Oihan Etxaniz.

After the equalizer, both teams had periods of dominance. Anaitasuna had chances to win, notably a chance for Aritz Albizu from a rebound inside the box, but the home goalkeeper made the save. Towards the end, the home team pressed for a win, but saves from goalkeeper Alain Sudupe maintained the draw.

With this point, Anaitasuna has secured its place in the promotion playoffs once the Gipuzkoa Honor Division season concludes. They will face the Mondragon team on Saturday. Additionally, the representative from Álava, Iru-Bat Santa Lucia, is already qualified, and the name of the Bizkaia representative will be decided after upcoming matches.
