The famous chef Karlos Arguiñano is soon to release a documentary about his life, while a cider house in Gipuzkoa has gained prominence following a visit from a content creator.

The rich gastronomy of Gipuzkoa stands out, particularly for the tradition and flavor of its cider houses. Recently, a popular content creator visited Izeta Sagardotegia, located in Aia, one of the most prominent cider houses in the territory.

He described the venue as Karlos Arguiñano's favorite restaurant.

Among the establishment's most notable dishes are stew soup, croquettes, cod omelette, and chuletón, which on this occasion delighted the influencer and their companion. This visit has contributed to increasing the cider house's fame.
Separately, Karlos Arguiñano is immersed in filming a documentary about his life. He announced this during his last visit in December, revealing that it would be released soon. The documentary aims to narrate his life from childhood, showcasing lesser-known aspects of his career.

"You know many things about me, almost all of them. But not all. It's going to be a very beautiful story."

Karlos Arguiñano · Chef and television presenter
Arguiñano recalled how in the 1980s he faced economic difficulties, having to request a loan and suffering a crisis that led to challenging times. It was at that moment that the opportunity arose for him to have his own television program, which, he stated, “saved” him. He has been on television for almost 40 years.
The Gipuzkoan chef can boast of having one of the most prestigious restaurants in the world, in addition to gathering millions of people daily in front of the television to follow his recipes. He has accumulated 38 years in front of the cameras, beginning his television career in 1989 with a cooking program on ETB. Subsequently, he moved through TVE and Telecinco before settling at Antena 3, where he continues to host Cocina Abierta con Karlos Arguiñano.
