XXIX Aita Donostia Music Week to begin tomorrow at the Capuchinos church in Berriz

The festival organized by the Aita Donostia Choir will offer free admission and feature performances by various choral groups.

Tomorrow will see the commencement of the XXIX Aita Donostia Music Week, organized by the Aita Donostia Choir, taking place at the Capuchinos church until Sunday with free entry.

Tomorrow marks the beginning of the XXIX Aita Donostia Music Week, which will run until Sunday. The Capuchinos church in Berriz will host all the concerts, with free admission for the public.
The first three concerts, from Wednesday to Friday, will start at 7:30 PM. The weekend performances, however, will commence an hour later, at 8:30 PM.
To kick off the festival, the Easo Choir will give the inaugural concert. Conducted by Gorka Miranda, Izei Mugika, Davide de Oliveira, and Aimar Etxaide will perform as soloists, with Lucia Arzallus on piano. The repertoire will include pieces by Aita Donostia, as well as works by Guridi and Sorozabal.
On Thursday, the Eskola Gurutziaga Choir will present a concert featuring the works Missas Brevis and African Alleluia, accompanied by organist Ana Belen Garcia. On Friday, the choirs Aita Donostia, Kantaka, Urmaiz, and Julian Barrenetxea will perform together under the direction of Javier Alberdi.
The first performance of the weekend will be by the Coral Turiosonense, led by Javier Royo. The final performance will be by the Hodeiertz Choir, accompanied by organist Gerardo Rifon.
