After the great success of last year, when all available spots were filled, Durango Town Hall will once again open its doors to the public. This initiative will celebrate its second edition in September and November, aiming to continue bringing the history, architecture, and daily operations of the Town Hall closer to its residents.
The tours will take place on September 5 and November 7 in Basque, and on September 19 and November 21 in Spanish. All sessions will begin at 11:00 AM. Throughout the tour, participants will be able to discover both the exterior and interior of the municipal building.
The visit will include explanations about the history and most prominent architectural elements of the facade, as well as emblematic interior spaces, including the plenary hall, the main hall, the mayor's office, and technical offices. Additionally, information will be provided on the activities and functions carried out in each of these municipal spaces.
The activity will be free and open to all interested individuals. Due to limited capacity, prior registration will be required on the municipal website, and visits will be filled in order of registration, with preference given to Durango residents.
