The municipal organization Durango Kirolak has initiated the tender process for the concession of the bar-cafeteria service located in the San Fausto Fronton, seeking a manager to provide comprehensive meal preparation and customer service to users of this sports complex.

Interested companies have until 3:00 PM on May 22 to submit their economic and technical proposals through the contracting platform hosted on the municipal website. The contract terms stipulate that the successful bidder must pay an annual concession fee, starting from a minimum bid of 425 euros per month plus VAT.
Regarding service stability, the tender document outlines an initial contract period of one year, with the possibility of annual extensions for up to a maximum of three years. When evaluating bids, Durango Kirolak will apply a selection criterion based on the best value for money, where the improvement of the economic fee will be just one of the factors considered.

The process will give significant importance to operational excellence, valuing the technical qualification and academic degrees of the hospitality staff who will provide the service.

Furthermore, the company's social commitment will be scored by promoting female employment and guaranteeing bilingual service through Euskera language proficiency certification, thus ensuring a professional service close to the citizens' reality.
