The contract terms stipulate that the successful bidder must pay an annual concession fee, starting from a minimum bid of 425 euros per month plus VAT.
Regarding service stability, the tender document outlines an initial contract period of one year, with the possibility of annual extensions for up to a maximum of three years. When evaluating bids, Durango Kirolak will apply a selection criterion based on the best value for money, where the improvement of the economic fee will be just one of the factors considered.
