The construction of the cover for the San Ignacio park in Durango is progressing. The foundation work and underground installations have been completed, allowing for the placement of the metal pillars that will support the roof.

Furthermore, the assembly of the wooden structure has begun, a key phase for advancing the project, which aims to enhance the park's infrastructure and functionality, providing citizens with a more comfortable and secure space.

Following this phase, the park will be refurbished. New flooring, games, and urban furniture will be installed. Additionally, three existing play structures will be improved, and four new play elements will be added.

The entire pavement will be replaced with variable-thickness rubber, adapted to the fall height of each game, thereby reinforcing the safety of the children's area. The park will also feature new lighting, significantly improving both safety and usability of the environment.

The project has a budget of 244,474 euros, and the work is expected to conclude in July. This intervention will enhance the park's infrastructure and functionality for the benefit of all citizens.
