Durango and the Basque Football Federation will continue their collaboration, with the Tabira facilities once again hosting the Women's Basque Cup, Youth Basque Cup, and Cadet Basque Cup.

Durango and the Basque Football Federation have officially presented a collaboration agreement that will see the Tabira sports facilities host, for the third consecutive year, the Women's Basque Cup, the Youth Basque Cup, and the Cadet Basque Cup. The event was attended by Mayoress Mireia Elkoroiribe and the President of the Basque Football Federation, Iker Goñi, both of whom highlighted Durango's significance as a benchmark in Basque football.
Mayoress Elkoroiribe expressed her satisfaction at hosting these competitions again, emphasizing their importance: “These events not only fill the town with emotion but also reinforce the commitment of the municipality and local sports clubs and groups towards sport as a driver of social cohesion, values education, and economic development”. She also highlighted Durango's pride in continuing to be a reference point in Basque football and invited citizens to enjoy the sporting atmosphere in the coming weeks.
For his part, President Iker Goñi thanked the City Council for its involvement and highlighted the strong relationship between the two entities. “We are very grateful to the Durango City Council for their work and closeness to the Basque Football Federation. For us, it is a reference council with which we deepen our relationship year after year,” he stated.
The federative president also acknowledged the work done by local clubs such as C.D. Durango, C.D. Sasikoa, Ezkurdi K.T., and Durangoko Sapuherriak F.T., who have been fundamental to the organization of these competitions. Thanks to this agreement, Durango will once again become a meeting point for grassroots and women's football in the Basque Country, hosting some of the most significant dates on the federative calendar.
The semifinals of the Women's Basque Cup will be played this Friday at 5:00 PM and 7:15 PM, with the final on June 7th at 12:00 PM. The semifinals of the Youth Basque Cup will take place on June 5th at the same times, with the final also on June 7th at 12:00 PM. The semifinals of the Cadet Basque Cup will be held on June 12th at 5:00 PM and 7:15 PM, and the final on June 14th at 12:00 PM.
