Tomorrow at 10:00 AM, the guided tour will begin, departing from the D’elikatuz center. The event focuses on the weekly market of Ordizia, and pre-registration is required to participate.
The tour will start with a brief introduction about the route, Ordizia, and its market. Afterwards, an audiovisual presentation on the origin and development of the market will be shown.
Following this, visitors will walk through the old town, discovering the celebration sites of the current market and those of the past, until they reach the Plaza Mayor, the heart of the market. There, they will meet the baserritarras (farmers) and hear their experiences.
The tour will conclude at the shop of the Goierri Farmers' Cooperative ‘Sindikatoa’, which celebrates its centenary in 2020. Afterwards, participants will have free time to shop at the market and taste pintxos made with market products at local bars.
