In occasion of the Arrate festivities, the Eibar City Council will once again offer a free bus service for those wishing to ascend to Arrate and descend to Eibar. The aim of this initiative is to encourage citizens to use public transport instead of their cars.
On September 7th, Monday, the bus service to ascend from Eibar to Arrate will commence at 17:00. Until 21:40, a bus will depart every twenty minutes from Ego Gain.
For this ascent, there will be three buses: the first will depart at 17:00, 18:00, 19:00, 20:00, and 21:00 from Ego Gain. The second will depart at 17:20, 18:20, 19:20, 20:20, and 21:20 from the Ego Gain stop. The third bus will depart at 17:40, 18:40, 19:40, 20:40, and 21:40.
In the evening, starting from 01:20 in the morning, buses will descend from Arrate to Eibar every twenty minutes, until 08:00.
On the day of Arrate, eleven buses will operate continuously, ascending to and descending from Arrate, between 08:30 and 23:30. All buses will depart from Toribio Etxeberria (Untzaga crossroads), as they fill up.
