Previous editions have been held in locations such as Ezcaray, Santiago de Compostela, Ampudia, and Villablino. Municipal officials have highlighted the choice of Lasarte-Oria, recalling the town's strong historical ties to the automotive industry. They have also remembered the former Lasarte circuit, a benchmark of early 20th-century motorsport, and the role of the Michelin factory.

"These types of initiatives help to energize the municipality's life, attract visitors, and highlight our history linked to motorsport."

Agustín Valdivia · Mayor of Lasarte-Oria
Txus Alonso, the Councillor for Festivals, stated that the City Council will continue to support such activities due to the interest they generate and the appeal of enjoying valuable historic vehicles in Lasarte-Oria. The council is supporting the organization with a €2,400 agreement, along with necessary technical and logistical assistance.
The program includes an exhibition of classic vehicles in Andatza Plaza, a tour through the municipality, and various public activities. A notable event is a talk by Michelin in the auditorium, featuring audiovisuals on the factory's history, with free admission. The day will conclude with concerts at the kiosk in Andatza Plaza.
The gathering will bring together enthusiasts and owners of classic Ford vehicles from various parts of the country, establishing itself as a key event on the national classic motorsport calendar.
