The Lezo Housing Office has commenced operations as part of the Oarsoaldea Itinerant Offices, aiming to offer information, guidance, and assistance with procedures related to housing.

This service, which is free and personalized, will serve as a reference point for resolving citizens' housing-related queries. Citizens' situations and needs will be analyzed, available resources will be explained, and guidance on the necessary steps will be provided.
The office will cater to individuals seeking housing, as well as property owners and tenants. It will provide information and advice on topics such as housing acquisition (Etxebide, Alokabide, public housing, subsidized municipal housing), rentals (public and private options, Bizigune and ASAP programs to channel vacant homes into the rental market), youth emancipation (Gaztelagun and Emantzipa programs), grants for housing rehabilitation and accessibility improvements, and regulations and procedures.
To receive attention, it is necessary to book an appointment in advance by phone (943 344 160), email (etxebizitza@oarsoaldea.eus), or through an online questionnaire. The appointment booking hours are Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 14:00.
Through this service, the four municipalities of Oarsoaldea aim to bring resources and support closer to citizens to address the housing crisis, thereby facilitating access to information.
