Anaitasuna Concludes Season with Awards Ceremony

The club held its year-end dinner, honoring top players and the most exemplary individuals from each team.

Football club Anaitasuna bid farewell to the 2025-2026 season last Saturday with a year-end dinner, where several players were honored.

Football club Anaitasuna concluded the 2025-2026 season last Saturday with its annual year-end dinner. As is customary, club members gathered at the Joseba restaurant to celebrate 'Gorrien Eguna' (Red Day).
Following the meal, awards were presented to the best player, top scorer, and most exemplary player from each of the club's teams. This latter award is new this year, as the club aims to recognize individuals who have demonstrated good conduct with both teammates and coaches.
The event was held in a positive atmosphere, with all attendees applauding the award recipients. The club has published photos from the event on its website.

In the Honor Division, Oihan Etxaniz was the top scorer, Beñat Garmendia the best player, and Unai Perez the most exemplary player.
In the Women's Basque League, Maria Juaristi was the leading scorer, June Diaz the best player, and Aretha Azkue the most exemplary player.
In the Regional Preferente category, Ekaitz Albert scored the most goals, Eritz Davila was the best player, and Andoni Exposito the most exemplary player.
Awards were also presented in the youth categories. In the Youth Basque League, Alex Esnaola (goals), Ekain Teso (best player), and Yeabseara Aizpuru (exemplary player) were honored. In the Youth Regional Preferente, Uritz Zabaleta (goals), Eneko Mera (best player), and Abraham Aizpuru (exemplary player) received recognition.
In the Cadete category, for the boys' Honor Division, Unax Aranbarri (goals), Ander Mateos (best player), and Enaitz Zabaleta (exemplary player) were awarded. For the girls' Honor Division, Amaia Elorza (goals), Irati Segurola (best player), and Laida Salegi (exemplary player) received recognition.
In the First Cadete category, the boys' section saw Unai Gutierrez (goals), Unax Oteiza (best player), and Jakes Egino (exemplary player) stand out. In the girls' section, Larraitz Azkoitia (goals), Haizea Astigarraga (best player), and Inge Mendizabal (exemplary player) received accolades.
In the Infantil category, awards were also distributed. In Infantil A, Jurgen Aizpurua (goals), Aiur Alkorta (best player), and Julen Azpiazu (exemplary player) were honored. In the First Infantil, Aimar Aguado (goals), Jakes Astigarraga (best player), and Walid Lemntantem (exemplary player) were awarded.
In the Girls' Infantil category, for the 11-a-side format, Izeia Arregi (goals), Ane Santizo (best player), and Eider Uranga (exemplary player) were the recipients. In the Infantil Txiki category, Eki Larrañaga (goals), Ganix Korta (best player), and Alex Azpiazu (exemplary player) were highlighted.
Finally, in the Girls' Infantil 8-a-side category, Ane Izagirre (goals), Mara Ibarmia (best player), and Malen Gonzalez (exemplary player) received the award.
