These sessions will present the participatory budget project, allowing attendees to learn about the Town Hall's projects, initiatives, and plans. Additionally, meetings in the Ergobia, Santiagomendi, and Perurena neighborhoods will provide information about the new intra-town bus service launching next year.
The meetings will be held by neighborhood, with a total of 8 sessions. On Wednesday, October 28th, the session for the Urumea Berri and Arrobitxulo neighborhoods will take place at Kontxa Etxeberria square, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The following day, Thursday, October 29th, the Ergobia session will be held at the small square of Ergobia, at the same time.
In the first week of November, on Monday, November 2nd, the Santiagomendi session will be at Plazetze from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM. On Tuesday, November 3rd, residents will gather at the Oialumea civic center, and on Wednesday, November 4th, the Perurena neighborhood meeting will be at the Civic Center (Auzolan Pilotalekua), both from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
On Thursday, November 5th, the meeting for the eastern Santiagomendi neighborhood will take place at the Oialumea civic center, from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Finally, for residents living in the town center, two options will be offered: on Friday, November 6th, at Joseba Barandiaran square from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, or in the afternoon, from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Town Hall Plaza.
